Strength: HSPU

Every 2 min EMOM for 10 minutes

3 HSPU negatives with 2-3 sec controlled decent. Either Kip to the top or strict if you can.

** IF this is too easy, then you will do a max set strict HSPU each time **

Min 1: 45 sec Row ( Cal )

Min 2: HSPU

Min 3: burpee

Min 4: pullups

Min 5: rest
