Partner WOD:

Complete the following movements and corresponding reps. Do this in the least amount of time as possible with only one person working at a time:

75 Wall Balls (20#/14#)

100 Partner med ball sit-ups (20#/14#)

75 Hanging hip touches

100 Mountain-climbers

75 Box jumps

**Both members must complete 2 burpees every minute on the minute – once both members are done the 2 burpees, then you may continue to chip away at the above reps**
