Spend 10 minutes working up to your WOD weight

THEN:

5 min time cap

30 Snatches

** you choose the weight **

** your choice squat or power **

WOD #2:

Back Squat

10 minutes warming up to your working set

THEN: every 2 minutes for 10 minutes, complete 2 reps back squat
