Happy New Year, Keating CrossFit community.

We hope the holidays have been good to you and your loved ones. As we enter a New Year, it's the perfect time to start visualizing what's possible and create new health and fitness goals. Whether your goal is to get your first unassisted pull-up, get upside down in a handstand hold or crush your first muscle up, we are here to support you! Even though we are temporarily on pause for group WODs, individualized workouts will help you succeed with your 2021 goals. Just chat with your coach as you arrive, and a workout will be designed that caters to your needs.

Did you know KCF hosts Yoga for CrossFitters every Sunday at 9AM? If you're looking to improve your mobility to help with tight shoulders, hips, hamstrings or back, you have to try this class! Cost is $10 and taught by one of your own KCF members, Amy Allen. Space is limited. To reserve a spot, email Amy at achayko@uvic.ca
