Min 1: 5 strict dips with a 3 sec pause @ the bottom

Min 2: 5 strict pull-ups with a 3 sec pause @ the top chin over bar.


Partner WOD: 20 min EMOM-10 Rounds each

Each min complete : 7 HSPU + Max power Sn (65/95) in remaining time.
