We are back to running HIGH Intensity group CF classes!!!! For the next two weeks we will ease everyone back into a regular class routine. The workouts will be posted the night before but there will be NO prescribed weights for the BB workouts, each athlete can chose their own weight. Also there will be NO times or scores recorded at the gym or posted after the white board.
