At HOME WOD:

EMOM UNTIL FAILURE:

Min 1: 7 Sit-ups + 1 Burpee

Min 2: 7 Sit-ups + 2 Burpees

Min 3: 7 Sit-ups + 3 Burpees

*** Add one Burpee EVERY round***

Each Burpee needs to start from the standing position!!
