Strength: Push Jerk

10 minute EMOM @ 70%

1 power clean + 3 push jerks

WOD:

2 minute EMOM for 24 minutes:

in 2 minutes complete the following:

20 Double Unders

200m Run

KB Swings > max reps in remainder of the 2 minutes.

2 minute rest between sets for a total of 6 sets.

*** score the number of KB swings completed in each set***
