**20 minute practice**

WOD:

10 Strict HSPU

10 Squat Cleans (135/95)

10 T2B

20 Kipping HSPU

20 Hang Power Cleans (135/95)

20 T2B

30 Kipping HSPU

30 Power Cleans (135/95)

30 T2B

** if you can not do a Strict HSPU, you will be using a barbell or D.B. instead and sub with shoulder press and push press.**

** weight should be at 80% of your 1 rep max.**

** no push jerks**
