Strength: Back Squat

10 minutes

3 sets, 3 reps ** increasing weight **

Finish with 1 min max reps at 70% of the 3 rep weight you did your last set at - bar must stay on your back for the entire minute if even you can't squat anymore.

WOD: 5 Rounds

400m Run

30 Ab mat sit-ups
