A combination of body-weight calisthenics, weightlifting, and gymnastics skills to further develop broad athletic capacity--also a great supplement to sport training! 1-hour classes include a warmup, skill or movement practice, followed by a tough but fun workout (WOD), all coached by a Certified CrossFit Level-1 Trainer.
