Every 2 min for 10 min 1 rep spilt jerk from the rack, increasing weight.

Partner WOD:

40-30-20-10-20-30-40 Calorie Row

**One parnter rows 40 cal, while the other rests. Switch and the other partner rows the 40 cal. Repeat for the rest of the WOD.**
