          20 sec work

          10 sec rest

 

WOD: Bear Complex

1 rep = 1 Power Clean + 1 Front Squat + 1 Push Press + 1 Back Squat + 1 Push Press

 

1 Round = 7 reps

5 Rounds total - increasing weight each round until you hit a max weight.

Rest as long as needed between rounds.
