One person works while another holds; switch every time a hold is released.
The reps can be broken up any way you choose.
A: Wall Balls 20/14 / Handstand hold
B: Push-ups / Farmer's Carry KB hold 2x55/35
C: Plate lifts 45/25 / Squat hold
D: Box jumps / OH Plate hold 45/25
E: Pistols / Ring dip hold
F: Dumbbell deadlifts 55/35 / Plank hold
G: Jumping squats / Hollow hold
