Strength: Squat Snatch

 

              10 minute EMOM

 

               2 position squat snatch

 

              1) High Hang

              2) Just below the knee

 

WOD:

 

2 Rounds

 

500m Row

25 HR Push-ups

15 H.P. Snatch (95/65)

15 Wall Balls

 

2 minute rest between each round > try to be faster than your 1st round.
