WOD:

 

3 Rounds for Max Reps

 

5 minutes: 400m Run

               > for remainder of 5 minutes max reps of pull-ups and push press (95/65).

               > Your choice on how to break them up to get the maximum total reps.

 

*** Rest 5 minutes in between rounds ***
