         ** 3 position squat clean > floor > just above the knee > high hang.

 

No dropping the bar.

 

WOD:

 

3 Rounds

 

4 HSPU

8 Ground to O.H.(135/95)

12 Burpees

 

Rest 5 minutes and repeat once more.
